About The Position

Machine Operator 2nd2:45 pm - 11:15 pm 3rd shifts 10:45 pm - 7:15 am Starting pay $20.99 2nd shift differential $1.00/hr 3rd shift differential $0.60 Operate equipment and change over Primary/Secondary equipment within the cell/line per standard work practices. Demonstrate full knowledge of process trouble shooting, preventive maintenance, change management procedures, gauging techniques, and perform all quality functionality. Possess full knowledge of setup/change over of all equipment within the cell/line, and perform them at standard operating rates with minimum downtime Operate equipment and change over Primary/Secondary equipment within the cell/line per standard work practices. Demonstrate full knowledge of process trouble shooting, preventive maintenance, change management procedures, gauging techniques, and perform all quality functionality. Understand material scheduling processes, MANMAN reporting, machine scheduling, and manufacturing theories including continuous process improvement. Demonstrate a thorough knowledge of safety and environmental policies and procedures and be able to recognize potential safety hazards. Demonstrate a solid understanding of basic math concepts along with machine design, stage drawings, process troubleshooting, lubrication and hydraulics. Train new employees and may be required to perform advanced level functions including preventive maintenance functionality.
