Join us and help run what runs the world. This position reports to: Manufacturing Supervisor - 2nd Shift. Set up and operate CNC turning and milling machines to produce precision components, verify first-piece quality using precision measuring tools, and perform routine machine maintenance. Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and technical documentation while maintaining manufacturing records in SAP and preparing tooling, jigs, and fixtures. Ability to work in a manufacturing environment, including lifting up to 50 lbs., standing for extended periods, using overhead cranes and precision measuring equipment, and demonstrating strong problem-solving, math, and machining skills in a high-precision setting.

Requirements

• HS Diploma or equivalent required
• 1 year of industrial or military experience, or vocational/technical education
• Must pass a background and drug screen
• Must have valid U.S. work authorization
• Proficiency in reading, speaking, and writing English is essential for maintaining a safe work environment
• Regular attendance and availability for overtime are essential job functions

Nice To Haves

• Motor manufacturing experience preferred
