About The Position

Seda North America is seeking a Machine Operator for 2nd shift to join their team. Seda North America is an air-conditioned, exceptionally clean facility that designs and produces innovative paper packaging solutions, which include unique insulated coffee cups and food industry containers. The Machine Operator will be operating high-speed production equipment to manufacture the cups and containers while meeting customer standards for quality, efficiency and safety.

Requirements

• HS Diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to lift, push and pull up to 50lb weight unassisted and remain on feet standing and walking for 8-hour shift

Nice To Haves

• Prior machine operating and/or manufacturing experience strongly preferred
• Strong attention to detail, time management and organizational skills
• technical degree or other certification a plus

Responsibilities

• Keep machines supplied with materials (paper, labels, boxes, etc)
• Carry out quality checks every 30 minutes
• Use of pushcarts or pallet jacks as needed
• Record and maintain data related to production
• Report manufacturing problems if they occur
