About The Position
Operate and manage flat panel machinery for 32mm panel production. Works collaboratively with all other departments in support of Komponents Holdings, LLC. The ideal candidate will have experience in manufacturing, a strong understanding of machine operations and a commitment to safety and quality standards.
Requirements
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Experience operating flat panels or similar machinery
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
- Basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to work in a fast paced, team-orientated environment
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Consistent and timely attendance required
- Ability to follow directions
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
Nice To Haves
- Related experience preferred: Manufacturing, Carpentry, Maintenance
- Familiarity with 32mm system standards in cabinetry or furniture manufacturing
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles
Responsibilities
- Set up, operate and monitor flat panel machinery for 32mm panel production
- Ensure machine settings are calibrated according to production specifications
- Inspect raw materials and finished panels for quality and consistency
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment
- Record production data and report any deviations or issues
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals
- Identify and report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards promptly
