About The Position

LSI ADL Technology, an Electronics Manufacturing Services company based in Columbus, is seeking a 2nd shift machine operator. The role involves performing daily operations of wave solder machines, diagnosing and troubleshooting machine issues, and conducting regular maintenance. The operator will be responsible for maintaining a clean work area, completing tasks according to production schedules with minimal supervision, and working with speed and accuracy. The position also requires representing the company positively, interacting professionally with diverse groups, learning and practicing standard operating procedures, maintaining regular attendance, and handling confidential information discreetly. Other duties may be assigned.

Requirements

  • Ability to perform daily operations of wave solder machines
  • Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot machine issues
  • Ability to conduct daily, weekly and monthly maintenance
  • Ability to maintain a clean and orderly work area and equipment and follow prescribed regulations
  • Ability to complete tasks as directed by production schedules with minimum supervision
  • Ability to work with speed and accuracy
