Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
Experience with forklift
Comfort and familiarity with power hand tools
Ability to work effectively to meet deadlines
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
General mathematical knowledge and proficiency with basic measuring instruments and ability to read customer drawings.
Must be at least 18 years of age to apply.

Responsibilities

Operate, adjust, and troubleshoot manufacturing equipment to meet quality and production targets.
Set up machines using work orders, samples, specification books, and verbal/written instructions.
Utilize hand tools (wrenches, screwdrivers, pliers, rubber mallets) and measuring tools (tape measure, scales) to ensure accurate operations.
Load, monitor, and unload in-process work, ensuring compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Maintain product quality standards by pulling and inspecting samples during production.
Document production metrics using production logs, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and Operator Live Logs.
Identify and report defective materials, unusual conditions, or equipment issues to supervision.
Maintain compliance with all safety procedures, including proper use of PPE.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment in line with 5S and lean manufacturing principles.
Perform additional duties as assigned to support production goals.
