Requirements

Must be able to work full-time and flexible for overtime
Previous manufacturing experience in a food processing facility
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Must be able to work on weekends and holidays
Ability to be flexible with regards to working in production areas where needed the most
Ability to work in a refrigerated environment
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs

Responsibilities

Accurate completion of documentation when required
Works in a safe manner and follows all safety procedures
Set up and operate machines - slicers, dicers, peelers
Perform testing procedures to ensure machines are working optimally
Perform food processing functions including manual cutting, washing, and drying of products.
Able to identify and retrieve products for processing
Able to read the recipes (weight, cut size, volume)
Monitor and troubleshoot basic machine problems/perform regular safety checks
