About The Position

We are hiring for a Machine Operator at our Breinigsville, PA plant! This role involves gaining knowledge of production lines, equipment, and quality standards. The operator will work on a palletizer to group and layer finished goods in preparation for storage or shipment, and will also check the quality of the cans to identify defects.

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED
Ability to read, comprehend, and follow verbal and written instructions in English
Experience using computers, copiers, calculators, scanners, and printers

Responsibilities

Gain knowledge of production lines, equipment, and quality standards
Work on a palletizer to group and layer finished goods in preparation for storage or shipment
Check the quality of the cans to identify defects

Benefits

Starting pay is $27.38 per hour plus $1.75 shift differential
Quarterly bonus based on group efficiency, safety, housekeeping, and quality metrics. Up to 11 percent bonus on top of base wage!
Overtime available after 40 hours worked in a week
