About The Position

The Machine Operator keeps the Greenville facility running smoothly by making adjustments during production runs and using quality tools to ensure products meet standards. The role involves daily setup, startup, and operation of packaging equipment serving the condiment markets, following industry Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).

Requirements

• High school diploma.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Able to walk and stand during most of a 10-hour shift.
• Quality-driven, self-motivated, and willing to learn.
• Dependable and punctual.
• Able to lift 30 pounds.

• Machine operating experience.

Responsibilities

• Follow all safety and quality guidelines to protect customers, yourself, and fellow employees.
• Set up, start, and operate assigned equipment using available hand tools and data collection tools for safe and efficient operation.
• Enter required quality and operational checks into the data collection software in a timely manner.
• Learn, meet, and sustain KPIs established for department goals.
• Provide peer support for successful department operations.
• Engage in cross-training when available.
