About The Position

C-P Flexible Packaging is seeking Machine Operators for their 12-hour night shift. This position offers a starting pay of $20+/hour plus a $1.25/hr shift differential for the 6 PM - 6 AM shift, with a 2/2/3 rotation schedule. Responsibilities

• Operating machinery
• Complete tasks within adequate time limits, meet daily goal/scheduled needs
• Tearing down and setting up jobs
• Loading and unloading of product
• Interpret and understand written information (work orders, SOP, tickets, etc.)
• Palletization and bagging
• Keeping work and surrounding areas clean and safe
• Work in a team environment
• Must comply with all general Company-wide standard operating procedures (SOP’s) and any job or department specific SOP’s
