About The Position

C-P Flexible Packaging is hiring overnight Machine Operators. For over 60 years, our packaging experts have provided our clients with flexible packaging products made in-house from start to finish. We offer a friendly, safe, clean, and low turnover work environment. This hiring is due to business growth.

Requirements

• Problem solving
• Following instructions
• Basic computer skills
• Communicating in a clear manner
• Ability to read and understand a tape measure

Responsibilities

• Operating machinery
• Complete tasks within adequate time limits, meet daily goal/scheduled needs
• Tearing down and setting up jobs
• Loading and unloading of product
• Interpret and understand written information (work orders, SOP, tickets, etc.)
• Palletization and bagging
• Keeping work and surrounding areas clean and safe
• Work in a team environment
• Must comply with all general Company-wide standard operating procedures (SOP’s) and any job or department specific SOP’s
