About The Position

We are seeking dependable and motivated individuals to join our manufacturing team as Machine Operators. Requirements

Nice To Haves

Previous manufacturing experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

Operate plastic injection molding machines to produce quality plastic parts.
Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet company quality standards.
Trim excess plastic from molded parts and prepare products for packaging and shipment.
Load raw materials into machines and maintain continuous production.
Monitor machine operation and report equipment issues to supervisors.
Follow safety procedures, work instructions, and production schedules.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Work with team members to meet daily production goals while maintaining quality and accuracy.
Learn and apply machine operation, quality control procedures, and basic troubleshooting techniques.
