Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum 2 years of machine operation experience
- Ability to perform basic math (fractions, decimals, percentages)
- Basic computer skills (email, operating systems, etc.)
Nice To Haves
- 3 or more years in a production or manufacturing setting
Responsibilities
- Operate machinery safely and efficiently, including setup and loading.
- Maintain equipment performance through regular cleaning, lubrication, and adjustments.
- Perform basic repairs on machinery and ensure it is in top working order.
- Inspect work and products to ensure they meet high-quality standards.
- Troubleshoot machine malfunctions, make safe adjustments, and notify appropriate personnel.
- Collaborate with other team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Report issues, suggest improvements, and document problems as needed.
