About The Position

Under the direction of production lead & supervisor, our machine operators work within our beverage manufacturing production facility alongside other team members to safely & efficiently operate production line equipment to produce quality popular beverage products for the consumer. Operator positions available include Filler Operator, Casepacker/Multipacker Operator, and Depal/Palletizer Operator, each with specific requirements and tasks.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED; or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Requires consistently being on time & having good attendance is expected
• Flexibility to assist where needed, whether this be on assigned line or machine or another
• Must be able to stand for entire shift minus breaks on concrete flooring
• Regularly lift and/or move up to 25 lbs. or as specifically required for position
• Occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 lbs. or as specifically required for position
• Specific vision abilities required by this job include distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision and depth perception
• Frequently required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear
• Regularly required to climb or balance
• Occasionally required to sit and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl
• High speed pace (Filler Operator)
• Filling machine with material every 30 seconds (Filler Operator)
• Machines linked to each other must work together to keep line running (Filler Operator)
• Increased sanitation requirements since open product area (Filler Operator)
• High speed pace (Casepacker/Multipacker Operator)
• Feeding machine material every 90 seconds (Casepacker/Multipacker Operator)
• Machines linked to each other must work together to keep the line running (Casepacker/Multipacker Operator)
• Must be able to frequently lift 30 lbs. of materials at a time (Casepacker/Multipacker Operator)
• Must be able to adjust 175 lb. reels of film on roller (Casepacker/Multipacker Operator)
• On occasion, must bend all the materials to accommodate the machine (Casepacker/Multipacker Operator)
• Mechanically inclined since this machine is the most mechanical of our machines (Casepacker/Multipacker Operator)
• Multi-tasking skills - running two machines at once at high-speed pace (Depal/Palletizer Operator)
• Machines linked to each other so must work together to keep line running (Depal/Palletizer Operator)
• Frequent stair usage machines are at a height of at least 20 feet above ground level (Depal/Palletizer Operator)
• Assisting the auto material feed every 8 minutes (Depal/Palletizer Operator)
• Mostly automated so must be able learn sequence and get machine back in time (Depal/Palletizer Operator)
