About The Position

Join Manitowoc Pattern & Machining (MP&M) as a Machine Operator. We are looking for individuals who take pride in their work, are dependable, eager to learn, and enjoy working with their hands to build a career in manufacturing. In this role, you will operate advanced CNC equipment to produce precision-machined components in a clean, modern manufacturing environment. The schedule is Friday - Sunday, 5:00 AM - 5:00 PM, working 36 hours while being paid for 40.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
• Ability to hear and recognize normal and abnormal machine sounds
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Nice To Haves

• Manufacturing experience is helpful but not required. We provide training.

Responsibilities

• Operating CNC machinery safely and efficiently
• Loading and unloading materials and parts
• Reading and following work instructions
• Using precision measuring tools to verify part quality
• Identifying and reporting quality or production concerns
• Maintaining accurate production records
• Using basic shop tools and material-handling equipment
• Communicating effectively with supervisors and team members
• Contributing to a safe, productive, and team-oriented work environment
