About The Position

The Machine Operator position is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of automatic packaging, filling, cutting, labeling and sealing equipment that produce canister-style disinfectant wipes. This role works in a team environment at a machine that helps produce the hard surface disinfectant product. This position works in a clean, consistent and safety-conscious environment. This position is designated as Safety-Sensitive (This position is one in which the associate’s inability or impaired ability to perform their job-related tasks could result in a direct threat to the associate’s safety or the safety of others.)

Requirements

• Basic computer skills
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
• Ability to stand for long periods, bend, reach, grab and twist
• Physical examination and pre-employment drug screen will be required upon conditional job offer

• Previous experience with machines
• Previous experience in heavily-automated environments
• Previous general production experience
• Troubleshooting & problem-solving skills
• Previous manufacturing experience

Responsibilities

• Safe and efficient operation of automatic packaging, filling, cutting, labeling and sealing equipment
• Work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Accurately complete required production documentation
• Perform basic troubleshooting on equipment and processes
• Follow PPE & GMP guidelines to maintain a safe and sanitary environment
• Attend start-up/tailgate meetings for team & company communications
