We are hiring Plastics Machine Operators for a Tier 1 Automotive facility. No prior experience is required. This role involves operating and monitoring plastic molding machines to ensure consistent production of high-quality parts. This is a great opportunity to start a career in automotive manufacturing with on-the-job training provided. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a Tier 1 automotive manufacturing environment.

Requirements

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to stand for up to 10 hours
• Follow instructions from supervisors accurately
• Work well independently and as part of a team
• Dependable and detail-oriented

Responsibilities

• Retrieve plastic parts from the conveyor
• Inspect parts for visible defects
• Label each part accurately
• Transport completed parts to designated workstations
• Visually inspect plastic parts for defects
• Wipe, label, and sort finished parts
• Record counts of approved and rejected parts
• Trim excess plastic from components
• Print and apply labels to packaging
• Maintain clean and organized workstation
