Job Title: Machine Operators (2nd/3rd Shift) Location: Dubuque, IA Job Type: Full-Time | Non-Exempt Shift Options: 2nd Shift: Monday–Thursday 3:00PM – 1:00AM 3rd Shift: Sunday–Thursday 11:00PM – 7:00AM (Training for 8–12 weeks on 1st Shift: Monday–Friday 7:00AM – 3:00PM) Pay: $17.50/hour + $1.50–$3.00/hour shift differential (based on shift) Position Overview RIE Coatings is growing and looking to add an additional shift to keep production rolling! Requirements

• Show up-this is a small crew, everyone matters
• Do it right-quality matters every time
• Be willing to learn-we'll train you, effort is key
• Be ready to work-lifting 50+ lbs, on your feet, warm shop at times

Responsibilities

• Run coating, blasting, or cleaning lines
• Load and unload parts to keep production moving
• Inspect parts before and after processing
• Use a computer to track jobs and follow steps
• Move materials with pallet jacks or forklifts
• Keep your work area clean, safe, and organized
• Jump in where needed-we work as a team
