About The Position

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Machine Operator – Molding Department to support daily production operations in a manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for operating molding equipment, monitoring product quality, and ensuring production goals are met safely and efficiently. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced production setting.

Requirements

Previous machine operating or manufacturing experience preferred.
Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.

Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks.
Reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

Operate molding machines and related equipment according to production standards.
Monitor machine performance and report malfunctions or issues promptly.
Inspect finished products for quality, consistency, and defects.
Load raw materials and remove completed products as needed.
Maintain accurate production counts and records.
Perform routine cleaning and basic maintenance of equipment.
Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
Keep work area clean, organized, and free of hazards.
Work with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals.
Support additional production tasks as assigned.
