Requirements
- At least 6 months machine operator experience required
- Experience in a production or manufacturing environment
- Ability to follow instructions and maintain quality standards
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on role
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
Responsibilities
- Set up, calibrate, operate, and monitor production machinery
- Fill, seal, and package liquid products with accuracy
- Perform machine adjustments, changeovers, diagnose and basic troubleshooting
- Conduct quality checks to ensure proper fill levels and product quality
- Use hand tools and measuring instruments as needed
- Maintain production records and follow work instructions
- Lift to 50 lbs regularly (occasionally 100+ lbs with assistance)
