Machine Operator
About The Position
We seek a hard-working and reliable Machine Operator to join our growing team. In this role, you will work in our manufacturing department, maintaining the production line by performing the below-mentioned duties. Set up, monitor, operate, troubleshoot, and maintain a continuous web-processing converter to produce adult incontinence products load raw materials, set up splices, complete forms for product traceability, and monitor machine processes. Under the supervision of the department supervisor, you will set up, monitor, operate, troubleshoot, and maintain a continuous web-processing converter to produce adult incontinence products load raw materials, set up splices, complete forms for product traceability, and monitor machine processes. You must be meticulous and ensure each order is built accurately and to the correct specs.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license
- Solid work history that demonstrates reliability
- Able to work on your feet for 8-hour shifts
- Able to lift 30 lbs. regularly
- Good communication skills
- Submit to Drug Screen and Background Search
Nice To Haves
- Warehouse work experience is a plus
- Willing to train
