About The Position

Operate and maintain a fully automated packaging machine, responsible for folding and filling product. Ensure safe, efficient operations while meeting quality and food safety standards.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years manufacturing or machine operation experience
• Ability to operate computerized equipment and troubleshoot issues
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
• Ability to lift, push, and pull materials as needed

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and adjust automated folding and filling machinery
• Set operating conditions using control panels and respond to equipment issues
• Clear jams and restock materials to maintain continuous production flow
• Perform and document quality checks (bag integrity, weights, product volume)
• Record machine downtime and production data accurately
• Maintain required production and sanitation documentation
• Follow all food safety, quality, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs)
• Keep work area clean and organized; complete housekeeping and sanitation tasks
