Requirements

• Mechanical aptitude and basic troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read work instructions and use basic math.
• Comfortable standing for long periods, working in heat/noise, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• High school diploma or GED required

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production equipment to ensure quality output and efficiency.
• Inspect products, use measuring tools, and identify issues early to keep operations running smoothly.
• Follow all safety procedures, including PPE and LOTO, and maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Work closely with team members across shifts to support daily production goals.
