About The Position

We are hiring a Machine Operator near Columbia, IL. This is a Temp to Hire position with competitive pay and available shifts. The role involves setting up, operating, and maintaining production machinery, filling and packaging liquid products, performing quality checks, and maintaining production records. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 months of machine operator experience in a production or manufacturing environment and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on role.

Requirements

• Ability to follow instructions and maintain quality standards

• Strong attention to detail and reliability

Responsibilities

• Set up, calibrate, operate, and monitor production machinery
• Fill, seal, and package liquid products with accuracy
• Perform machine adjustments, changeovers, diagnose and basic troubleshooting
• Conduct quality checks to ensure proper fill levels and product quality
• Use hand tools and measuring instruments as needed
• Maintain production records and follow work instructions
• Lift to 50 lbs regularly (occasionally 100+ lbs with assistance)
