About The Position

Machine operators run a variety of different machines for our flexible packaging business. They make sure everything is working correctly, and keep our machines stocked and running throughout the shift. Machine operators must be safety-minded and have good attention to detail to maintain the quality expected by our customers. This is a 2nd shift schedule Monday - Thursday 4:15pm - 2:45am with a $1 shift differential when working 2nd shift hours. We will train those who do not have experience.

Requirements

• Experience working in a fast-paced environment, preferably in a production/warehouse setting.
• Ability to meet daily productivity expectations.
• Basic math skills.
• Aptitude to learn PLC controlled packaging machine.
• Ability to stand for a 10-hour shift.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs unaided.
