About The Position

The Angle Ring Operator’s primary function is to operate angle roll former, looper and bandsaw. This role involves reading customer work order sheets, operating various machinery including angle roll formers, loopers, bandsaws, and clinching machines. Additionally, the operator will use angle grinders to prepare parts for welding, align components using measuring tools, and perform necessary repairs and adjustments to machinery. The position also includes painting, labeling, and packing orders, while ensuring equipment is maintained safely. Other duties may be assigned as needed.

Requirements

• Must be able to read/write.
• Must be flexible – OT and weekends are required as needed.
• Must be able to work a 10 hour/day work schedule.
• Work independently and as part of a team.
• Must be able to communicate with other team members and other departments.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to assist in other areas/departments when there is downtime.
• Ability to read and interpret work orders.

Nice To Haves

• A minimum of 1 year manufacturing experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Read customer work order sheets.
• Operate angle roll former, looper, bandsaw, and clinching machines.
• Operate angle grinders to prepare the parts that must be welded.
• Align components using calipers, rulers etc. and clamp pieces.
• Repair and adjust machinery as needed.
• Maintain equipment in a condition that does not compromise safety.
• Paint, label, and pack orders.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
