About The Position

This role involves operating incoming mail and Falcon machines within a banking operations environment. The position requires the ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 20 pounds, and work a flexible schedule based on business needs. The successful candidate will be responsible for routine operational and administrative work related to mail processing and data entry.

Requirements

0-1 years of experience with working knowledge of business or general office skills
High School Diploma or GED equivalent
Ability to stand for 8+ hours and lift up to 20 pounds
Works well with others in a team environment
Open-minded and adaptable to new ideas in a changing environment
Excellent customer service skills
Proven excellent verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Proficient in 10-Key, able to perform with a high degree of speed and accuracy
Comfortable navigating multiple computer systems and applications
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Exceptional attention to detail

Nice To Haves

College degree
Basic understanding of accounting principles
Basic knowledge of banking policies, procedures, and government regulations
Ability to meet production goals

Responsibilities

Operate incoming mail and Falcon machines, including some manual extraction
Administer defined procedures, tasks, and report preparation for documentation processing
Perform routine operational and administrative work with little discretion
Handle filing, recording, processing, and organization of documentation
Complete tasks by following clearly defined procedures
Perform physical tasks such as standing for 8+ hours, twisting, bending, squatting, and lifting up to 20 pounds
Key data accurately and efficiently
Other duties as assigned
