Requirements

• Have experience operating machinery in any industry
• Are mechanically inclined and comfortable using basic tools
• Can read basic job instructions and measurements
• Take pride in doing quality work
• Show up reliably and work well with a team
• Availability and willingness to work overtime as required
• Have a HS diploma or GED

Nice To Haves

• Print, Bindery, or Finishing experience
• Experience setting up or adjusting production equipment

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the efficient operation of Digital Sheetfed Presses
• Keep machines running smoothly by making adjustments and monitoring quality
• Accurately prep, organize, and manage files for the press
• Work as part of a team to hit daily production goals
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards
• Troubleshoot minor issues and keep production moving
• Manage paper and/or supply inventory
• Perform in regular rotation in bindery and finishing areas as needed
