About The Position

Manitowoc Pattern & Machining is hiring a Machine Operator to produce precision-machined components using CNC equipment at its Manitowoc, Wisconsin facility. The role involves operating machinery, checking part quality, keeping production records, and helping maintain a safe, productive, team-oriented workplace. Training is provided, and manufacturing experience is helpful but not required.

The schedule is Monday through Thursday, 3:00 p.m. to 1:00 a.m. The employer describes the facility as clean, modern, and climate-controlled, and offers hands-on training and long-term career opportunities.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Ability to hear and recognize normal and abnormal machine sounds.
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Manufacturing experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC machinery safely and efficiently.
• Load and unload materials and parts.
