About The Position

The Hauler performs Material Handler and Pack Operator/Floor duties. The role delivers materials to production lines, clears jams in packaging equipment as needed, and operates and clears jams in various pieces of packaging equipment. The position requires the ability to perform Operations Level 2 positions and to follow applicable safety, GMP, and PPE procedures.

Requirements

• Must be able to perform Operations Level 2 positions.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Sound judgment in decision making.
• Ability to engage and collaborate positively with all levels and departments.
• Understanding of standards and measurements.
• Math and computer skills.
• Reliable and consistent attendance.
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds.
• Ability to stand for long periods, up to 10 hours.
• Ability to abide by company GMP and PPE policies.

Responsibilities

• Deliver materials to production lines.
• Clear jams in packaging equipment as needed.
• Operate and clear jams in various pieces of packaging equipment.
• Use Lockout/Tagout procedures as applicable to the equipment being operated.
• Safely operate material handling equipment after a training period, if required by the role.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
