About The Position

Work a 12-hour rotating day shift (7:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.), helping to keep our production lines running reliably. Operate different machines and automated work cells and, when needed, manage more than one work cell at a time. Perform packing line changes and troubleshoot shrink wrap machines, label printers and basic machine/automation alarms using HMI controllers. Apply established troubleshooting techniques to find and correct production or automation issues, ensuring stable and efficient operations. Accurately document and enter production data into the production monitoring system (Hydra) and carry out routine quality inspections to identify defects or imperfections. Handle materials – such as getting and loading supplies with a pallet jack or other power equipment – and support other production tasks within your skill set, including during staffing shortages. Follow all policies and protocols (documentation, safety, cleaning and gowning) and clearly communicate production results or issues to Work Cell Technicians or your supervisor.
