About The Position
Our Machine Operator- Aesthetics is responsible for maintaining all filling machines in the facility for the aesthetics department. This role involves setting up, cleaning, repairing, and maintaining equipment to meet production schedules, monitoring machines during procedures, troubleshooting problems, and performing preventative maintenance. The operator will also conduct random tests for accuracy, ensure quality products through periodic checks, and maintain activity logs. Assistance in other areas may also be required.
Requirements
- High school diploma
- Mechanically inclined with good troubleshooting skills
- Attention to detail a must
Nice To Haves
- Vocational training as a machine operator, with 2-3 years of experience
Responsibilities
- Set-up, clean, repair and maintain equipment to meet our production schedules
- Monitor machines during every procedure to ensure optimum running
- Troubleshoot problems during machine operation
- Ensure that regular and preventative maintenance procedures are carried out
- Perform random tests to ensure accuracy
- Ensure that machines are producing quality products by monitoring periodic checks on output
- Maintain activity logs
- Assist in other areas as needed
