About The Position

Join Duraco Laminated Solutions as a Machine Operator on the first shift, working Monday through Thursday from 6:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Nice To Haves

Manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred.
Mechanical aptitude or technical experience is a plus.
Forklift or clamp truck experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

Set up and operate coating equipment for production runs.
Load materials and adjust machine settings to meet product specifications.
Monitor production quality and take measurements using tools such as rulers and calipers.
Identify and address routine machine or process issues.
Complete production documentation and label finished materials.
Assist with inventory, shipping, and downstream production activities as needed.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Support continuous improvement efforts and share ideas to enhance processes.
