About The Position

Milgard Windows & Doors (A Miter Brands Company) is hosting an onsite hiring event to support our manufacturing operations. These roles support the production and quality of components used to assemble window and door units at Milgard plants across the country. Machine Operators will operate manufacturing machinery to produce window and door components and support various production processes in a fast-paced environment. They will follow all safety, quality, and production standards and meet daily production goals while maintaining quality expectations.

Requirements

• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Willingness to work rotating schedules and mandatory overtime as needed
• Ability to safely operate machinery and follow procedures
