Requirements

Must have 3 months experience listed on application (can be multiple employers but must add up to 3 months).
Must be willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation.
Must be willing and able to lift up to 50 lbs.
The Team Member will stand, walk, bend, squat, stretch, climb, push, pull and reach as required in all areas.
The Team Member will stand 8-10 hours on hard floors.
The Team Member will perform repetitive motions as required in many areas.
The Team Member will work in a cold environment in the mid 30 degrees Fahrenheit.
The Team Member and a damp environment.
The Team Member will work on slippery walking surfaces.

Nice To Haves

Prefer 3 month of Machine Operator Experience.
Experience in a manufacturing setting preferred.

Responsibilities

Operating machinery to ensure the continuous flow of the product through the production process.
Ensuring proper ingredients/supplies are being used on the line.
Sanitizing equipment.
Monitoring and adjusting machine settings as needed.
Notifying supervisor if machines require maintenance.
Maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures.
Proficiency in reading and writing.
Ability to complete on-the-job paperwork.
Effectively communicate across all management levels.
These positions could work in any department of this meat processing facility and include sanitizing equipment.
