About The Position

Operate various production machinery such as resistance welders, robots, assembly cells, hydraulic/mechanical presses or other production related functions meeting or exceeding Company standards. Detect and report defective components or product; update computerized production records according to company specification; utilize basic gages & measuring devices to verify product quality; follow 5S guidelines; and adhere to all safety rules.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Must follow all safety rules, requirements & procedures set by the Company.
• Must interact with co-workers and leadership in a positive manner.
• Must be computer literate.
• Must pay close attention to detail.
• Must meet/exceed company production standards & expectations.

Nice To Haves

• Prior manufacturing experience is preferred.
