Mooresville Plant is looking for Machine Operators to work 12 hour shifts 4 day/nights on 4 day/nights off (6:30 to 19:00 or 18:30 to 7:00): (pay is based on experience. Sign on & Retention Bonus may apply depending upon position) Entry Level Machine Operators Experienced Machine Operators Experienced Extruder Operators
Requirements
- HS Diploma or its equivalent
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions in English
- Strong attention to safety, quality, and detail
- Ability to work scheduled shifts, including overtime as needed
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation
- Willingness to complete required training, certifications, and safety programs
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in manufacturing, production, or warehouse environment
- Forklift experience or willingness to become forklift‑certified (company‑paid training provided)
- Mechanical aptitude or experience working with industrial equipment
- Basic computer skills for data entry or production tracking
- Experience working in a team‑based environment
