ARCH Cutting Tools – Athol is seeking a Machine Operator to join their team. This role involves programming and operating multi-axis CNC machines to produce intricate parts. Requirements
- Meticulous problem-solver with an eye for detail.
- Self-motivated, a team player, and ready to learn.
- Experience with manual mills, lathes, grinders, and support equipment.
- Experience with 3 and 4 axis CNC Mills (HAAS, Prototrak).
- Experience with CNC lathes (Mazak, Citizen Miyano, Mori Seiki).
- Experience with High Precision 5 axis CNC Walter Grinders.
Nice To Haves
- Ability to program & operate multi-axis CNC programs.
Responsibilities
- Develop, run, and optimize multi-axis CNC programs for intricate parts.
- Set up machines, select tooling, and calibrate for peak performance.
- Inspect parts, ensuring they meet strict blueprints and specifications using precision tools.
- Diagnose and resolve machine issues, keeping production smooth.
- Collaborate to improve processes and maintain a clean, safe workspace.
