About The Position

Solstice Advanced Materials is seeking a Machine Operator to assemble and inspect products to help ensure high-quality products are delivered to customers. The role is based onsite at the company’s Spokane, Washington plant and reports to an ISC Production Supervisor. The operator is responsible for maintaining a safe and efficient work area, setting up and monitoring production, and participating in continuous improvement activities focused on safety, production, and quality.

Multiple shifts are available: Monday–Thursday, 5:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m.; Monday–Thursday, 4:30 p.m.–3:00 a.m.; or Thursday–Sunday, 6:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m. Compensation is $20.50 per hour plus shift differential. The company offers eligible employees a comprehensive benefits package.

Requirements

• Ability to collaborate with others and work independently.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Ability to troubleshoot where necessary.
• Ability to pass a physical examination.

Responsibilities

• Operate assigned equipment.

• Maintain the work area for safe operation and cleanliness.

• Analyze data and production reports.
• Set up and change over equipment.
• Assemble and inspect products to ensure quality.
