About The Position

The 3rd Shift Machine Operator performs all assignments in accordance with safety specifications, instructions, and requirements. This role demonstrates the ability to meet production standards on specific assignments within the required time, maintains good housekeeping and clean work areas, and reports all production waste to the Production Lead or Supervisor. The operator is responsible for safety and quality throughout production and must notify a Production Lead or Supervisor when stepping off the line to ensure these standards are maintained. Other duties may be assigned by a Supervisor or Manager, and all company policies and procedures must be followed.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Experience working in a Manufacturing Environment
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Understand plant safety guidelines and pass all required safety training
• Must be able to understand verbal and written instructions
• Troubleshoot problems and report issues
• Must work well in a team environment
