About The Position

Our Machine Operators fill a vital role in the manufacturing process, as they machine the components for our products and act as the first line of defense in the quality control process. They work as a team to produce high quality components, catch errors, and resolve issues on the fly throughout each day. They take ownership of their work and strive to produce the very best each day. We are seeking an experienced Machine Operator who takes pride in their work and enjoys being in an engaging environment where their input and suggestions are valued. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED

Responsibilities

  • Ability to use AHMC Computer Systems to complete the following tasks: Access work instructions, Check inventory, Locate production procedures, Interact with the Quality Control module to accurately fill out information in the AHMC Computer System
  • Operate CNC machinery to include but not limited to lathe, shapers, drills, parts washers, and gages
  • Perform part inspection using appropriate gages
  • Perform daily maintenance on CNC machines
  • Perform product inspection through check sheets
  • Interpret data gathered through product inspection
