Requirements

Mechanical ability or previous machine operator experience in a manufacturing environment
Ability to troubleshoot
High School Diploma or GED from accredited institution.
Must be able to pass background check and drug test including medical marijuana.
Prior manufacturing experience is a plus.
Must be able to stand up to 12 hours per day.
Must be able to walk 8-10 hours per day for short distances.
Must be able to push/pull up to 66 pounds multiple times per day.
Must be able to bend 10-20 times per day.
Must be able to squat 20 times per day.
Must be able to climb step ladder (4-6 steps) 4-5 times per day.
Must be able to reach 10 times per day.
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
Must be able to twist moving reels multiple times per day.
Must be able to grasp, manipulate, push/pull 40-50 times per day.
Must be able to demonstrate mechanical and computer skills.
Must be able to multitask and troubleshoot.
Must be able to work in a High Performing Team Environment with limited supervision.

Responsibilities

Continuously monitoring and maintaining product quality based on established standards including visual and mechanical inspection of product.
Work in a safe manner at all times following all safety policies and procedures.
Performing setups in accordance with established procedure, operating, and loading/unloading equipment.
Work from written and verbal instructions, procedures and work orders.
Maintaining and logging all information required supporting traceability and quality.
Participating in cross-training activities.
Maintaining work area and equipment in a clean orderly condition.
Performing other duties as required or directed.
