Machine Operator - Night Shift
About The Position
Looking for a stable job with room to move up? We’re hiring Machine Operators for a production-focused warehouse environment! This is NOT a traditional warehouse job — no loading/unloading trucks or running around the warehouse all night. You’ll work primarily at your assigned machine performing repetitive, hands-on work while standing for most of your shift. The facility is enclosed, but temperatures can vary — when it's hot outside, it can be hot inside; when it's cold outside, it can be cold inside. The company is growing and has opportunities for advancement into supervisory positions. If you're dependable, hardworking, and show leadership potential, there is a path to move up! We're looking for people who want to build something long-term — not just punch a clock.
Requirements
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
- Must be comfortable with repetitive work
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Must be able to work the entire 7:00 PM–7:00 AM shift
- Must have reliable transportation and dependable attendance
- Must be dependable, responsible, and willing to work consistently
- Ability to follow safety procedures and production instructions
- Must be comfortable working in an enclosed warehouse environment where temperatures may vary
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Nice To Haves
- Previous warehouse or production experience preferred
- Previous machine operator experience preferred
- Candidates with leadership potential and a desire to advance are encouraged to apply
Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor an assigned production machine
- Start/stop equipment as needed
- Alert maintenance when issues arise
- Stack, wrap, and package finished products
- Perform quality checks and keep your workstation clean
- Follow safety and production guidelines
