This role ensures high-quality production to meet critical retail deadlines. The operator will "own" their equipment, troubleshoot issues, and drive results. Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- 1–2 years of related experience in a production environment.
- Strong mechanical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for the duration of a shift.
- Strong color vision and manual dexterity.

Responsibilities
- Set up and run label machines efficiently while maintaining a "zero-defect" mindset.
- Minimize waste and maintain an accurate log of raw materials using our ERP system.
- Responsible for the upkeep of all dies and reporting technical issues to the Facility Manager.
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace and follow all SOPs and safety protocols (PPE).
