About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated Machine Operator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and monitoring machinery according to standard operating procedures to ensure optimal production output. This role involves performing routine inspections and maintenance on machines, collaborating with team members to meet production goals, and adhering to all safety protocols. Reporting equipment malfunctions and safety concerns to the maintenance department is also a key part of this position.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Proven experience as a machine operator.
Knowledge of industrial machinery, tools, and equipment.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety standards.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
Minimum 1 year of forklift experience in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

Lumbermill & rotator attachment experience preferred.
