WHAT YOU GET: Up-to 80 Paid Vacation hours 10 Paid Holidays per year Shoe Reimbursement after 90-days Merit Increases based on performance Other Benefits: On the bus route (Rabbit Transit - 6N) Spot Awards Affordable Medical, dental, vision, and prescription drug coverage 401(k) plan with generous company match Company-paid life and AD&D insurance, and short-term disability coverage Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Job Functions & Responsibilities (include but are not limited to): Operating machinery Complete tasks within adequate time limits, meet daily goal/scheduled needs Tearing down and setting up jobs Loading and unloading of product Interpret and understand written information (work orders, SOP, tickets, etc.) Palletization and bagging Keeping work and surrounding areas clean and safe Work in a team environment Must comply with all general Company-wide standard operating procedures (SOP’s) and any job or department specific SOP’s SOP’s may cover the area of (but are not limited to): Employee Health & Safety SQF (Safe Quality Food packager) and GMP (good manufacturing procedures) focused on eliminating contaminates in all packaging manufactured Qualifications: Problem solving Following instructions Basic computer skills Communicating in a clear manner Ability to read and understand a tape measure Physical Demands: Able to lift to 50-80 lbs. Ability to stand/walk for long periods of time Bending and twisting Extensive use of hands and fingers
