About The Position

Join the Phillips’ team today and enjoy being in good spirits every day! The Machine Operator is responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of various production equipment. Primary responsibilities include operating packaging equipment including case packers, case sealers, case erectors and palletizers. This position works closely with other team members to keep the line running efficiently while producing high-quality products. Other responsibilities include monitoring supply levels, inspecting products for defects, completing appropriate documentation, as well as completing cleaning and light maintenance duties. The Machine Operator will assist on other areas of the line as needed. All team members are required to perform their job responsibilities in a safe and conscious manner. Contributing to and supporting an environment of teamwork and continues improvement is also required. This position requires the ability to read and write English, basic math skills, the ability to use a computer and correspond effectively via email. Strong communication skills and problem-solving ability are also required.
