About The Position
Hannibal Carbide Tool, Inc. is a family-owned, caring Christian company and a market leader in the manufacture of carbide-tipped and solid carbide cutting tools. We are looking for dependable, motivated individuals to join our team as Machine Operators. No experience? That’s okay — we’ll provide full, hands-on training for the right candidate!
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Basic math skills and ability to use a calculator
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Willingness to learn and grow
Responsibilities
- Read tool prints and router sheets
- Use precision measuring tools such as micrometers
- Perform machine set-ups
- Mount and change grinding wheels
- Follow safety and quality standards in daily operations (All duties are taught through on-the-job training — perfect for someone eager to learn a trade!)
