About The Position

We are excited to invite temp to hire Machine Operators to join our dynamic team here at CPI Card Group! This position involves operating and maintaining production equipment to uphold high standards of quality and efficiency. It requires sharp attention to detail, commitment to safety protocols, and the ability to collaborate effectively with the team to meet production goals. The role is a temp-to-hire position with a potential for full-time employment offer after 75 days of work. Employees who transition to permanent positions will become eligible for benefits starting on the first of the month after their start date. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training is a plus
• At least one year’s experience in machine operation
• Strong mechanical aptitude with excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail; including distinguishing color
• Proficient in math for calculating percentages, areas and volumes
• Ability to set up computer-aided machinery, with a solid understanding of Windows based computers
• Ability to collaborate effectively with team members
• Dependable with a track record of good attendance and punctuality
• Elementary English proficiency communication skills necessary
• 90-day work assignment, which includes a 30-day attendance required period for training purposes.
• Overtime work is required

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor production line machinery, conducting routine inspections and maintenance to ensure optimal performance
• Follow safety protocols to create a secure workplace and work collaboratively with team members to achieve daily production targets and maintain quality standards.
• Accurately document production metrics and promptly communicate any issues to management for swift resolution
