Machine Operator - $3K-$5K Sign-On Bonus
About The Position
This role involves operating and monitoring production machines, performing setups, changeovers, and adjustments. The Machine Operator will also be responsible for inspecting products to ensure quality standards, following all safety and PPE procedures, and packaging, stacking, and preparing materials. The company offers two different shift options: a 2-2-3 schedule from 6am-6pm and a 2-2-3 schedule from 6pm-6am. The pay rate is up to $35.50 per hour, with a sign-on bonus of $3K-$5K. Requirements
- Machine operation or mechanical experience preferred
- Positive, self-motivated, and a team player
- Able to lift 50 lbs and handle physical tasks
- Good communicator, adaptable, safety-focused
Responsibilities
